1. What are the Modes of Payment?
Different modes of payment are available through debit/ credit card, UPI, and COD.

 

2. Is it safe to use My credit/Debit card on NativeClap.com?
Yes, you can safely and securely complete your payment.

 

3. What is the expected time period of delivery?
The product will be dispatched within 2 days after receiving the order and it will reach you in 3-5 business days. Let me tell you a secret, most of our orders get delivered before that.

 

4. What if my package is opened/tampered with?
Please don’t accept it if the package is opened/tampered with. If you have received the product then contact us at support@nativeclap.com within 3 days of delivery.

 

5. Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?
For products that are ‘Out of Stock’, please click the ‘Notify Me” button on our website and fill in the details and you will be notified once the product is available.

 

6. Return is available for food products?
We will accept the return in case the product is expired or has less than 15% of the shelf-life remaining at the time of delivery. In case the product is damaged kindly send the images to support@nativeclap.com within 3 days of the delivery which should be verified by providing
relevant images.
